Planning and Design
Whether you have your own plans or just ideas Hassall Homes can work for you.
Initially we would come to your site to get a feel for the section. If you have no plans our draughtsman would also attend. During this time we would go over your wish list and discuss the practicality of your ideas while also discussing alternatives that may be appropriate.
From here we sketch up a copy of a floor plan for you to preview, and make changes where needed. Once a floor plan has been finalised to your liking we would price it up for you. Generally this takes two to three weeks. This enables the client to have an accurate figure as to what the house would cost.
From here you can make changes to suit your budget, or allow us to draw up your permit plans and submit them to the council.
We are also happy to price up jobs for clients who have already made contact with an architect or draughtsman and have their own plans ready to go.
Below are some sample plans. As mentioned above we prefer to design each house to suit each section and your requirements. However if you really like these sample plans we are happy to build them for you.
