About Hassall Homes

Homes Limited is a locally owned and operated family building company based in New Plymouth, building new homes in Taranaki. We have been proudly building new homes throughout the region for over 20 years. We are members of the Registered Master Builders Association and Licensed Building Practitioners. Homes are designed personally to suit the clients' requirements, site and budget. If you do not have your own plans, we can organise the drawing of plans for you.

Rodger Hassall began his building apprenticeship straight from high school and has remained in the industry ever since, so is able to offer clients a building knowledge ranging from physically working on site to overseeing projects, a feature which can only be earned with time and experience.

The continued high standard of Hassall Homes work has been recognised numerous times with many awards in the Registered Master Builders House of the Year, including three overall awards for the best residential house in Taranaki. Further success has also been achieved with several houses going forward to the National finals. Our product and our client's goodwill help us to maintain this standing.

We understand that building a new home is one of the most important decisions which can be made, and it is our desire to help you to achieve the home of your dreams in a "hassle free" manner, making the whole experience from plans to taking possession an extremely enjoyable experience. We like to give ideas and feedback throughout the design process so you can fully understand what is included in your quotation. Our clients enjoy the transparency and are well informed of the options they have available to them. This helps eliminate any unexpected costs during the house construction.

We have a dedicated and highly skilled team and our experienced sub contractor's work closely with us to ensure clients homes are finished to a high-quality standard in a reasonable time frame. Our whole team take pride in their work, ensuring that they would be proud to call the new home their own.
