Awards

As members of the Registered Master Builders we are able to showcase some of our houses at the annual Master Builders House Of The Year Awards. These awards are judged by national judges who score the houses on a maximum of 2000 points, on a range of criteria from workmanship and finishing to functionality and marketability. To ensure fairness the same judges are used for each price category throughout the whole country.

The graph on the right down below indicates how a medal is achieved. The top 5% of all Golds, from all categories, awarded in the country are also invited to attend the national finals. This year we are proud to have one of our houses going on to these awards.
